Congratulations to Nicole! Nicole was selected as one of the Young Artist to perform at GMU. She played Arabesque by Japanese composer T.Abe at February Young Artist Musicale.

 Young Artist Musicales are presented in conjunction with Jeffrey Siegel's "Keyboard Conversations" performances at GMU. The YAM series feature students selected by a Committee from NVTMA events. Nicole was selected after receiving Honors at NVMTA Judged Recital.

Robert Spencer Piano Competition, 2019

     Raelyn deserves a big round of applause, she is the 1st place winner of Robert Spencer Piano Competition, Level III! Raelyn performed Piano Concerto No.1 (1st mvt.) by S.Rachmaninov.

   Cameron has a reason to smile! She received HM in Level 1 for her confident and energetic performance of Concerto in D major (3rd mvt.) by J. Haydn, WOW!!

Composition Awards, 2019

 Kudos to Kayleigh  on her impressive composition achievements at several International Composition competitions. She is finding time for creativity even though she is a busy high school junior this year.
    International Torrance Legacy Creativity Competition chose Kayleigh's composition as the 1st place winner in the Music Composition Category.
  Golden Key Music Festival has awarded Kayleigh's composition, Variations on Theme of Cannethelix, 1st prize in the Senior International category. Brava, Kayleigh!!!!

VMTA Fall Festival was attended by many students from our studio. For several new members of our studio this was the first performance before the judges, well done everyone!

Kevin, Raelyn and Nicole have been working hard and were ready to perform their new programs at the highly competitive NVMTA Judged Recital. Awesome job, everyone!

This summer, Katherine Wang was selected to present her program at the Knabe International Summer Festival, she is a 2nd place winner! Katherine played compositions by R.Schedrin and M.Ravel.

Allison attended Master Class by Professor B.Gowen at GMU, she enjoyed the class and learned a lot about modern piano music.

Charlotte, our senior,  is studying sincerely and preparing recordings of her repertoire as she gets ready for the fast approaching departure for college. Good luck, Charlotte!
